Well, so far in the last few weeks I have...

+ Met The Blackout - LOVELY people!! thanks so much guys!!

+ Got another A* in my english coursework -oh yes!!

+ Been given fuck loads of coursework -.- 

+ Threatened to kill the next person to GIVE me coursework.......and that's about it. Yeah, how exciting am I!!

 

Might be going into town tomoro, sorted out ALL my makeup last night - and neeeeed to clear loads out and replace it.

ANYWAY, hope christmas shopping isn't stressing ya'll too much.

BEST NIGHT EVER!!

Had to write about it, cos I'm still buzzing ^_^

 

Ok, so before I even get INSIDE the rescue rooms (after a mix up with the wrong door) - I get asked to 'move outta the way hun' by this reallllly awesome looking guy, who then said 'thanks'..... next thing you know, he's setting up on stage and he's on keyboard in Amity Affliction :) felt prettttty good after that.

 

First support are All Forgotten (and they're fucken incredible!!) reallly intense show from them - and had Chris wiping their sexxy singer's spit on me XD (we discussed his boundaries of weirdness after this - he doesn't have many. Still, not complaining) After their set I WENT AND GOT SIGNED BY THEIR SINGER, JONATHON THORNE!! :P He's a nice guy :)

 

The Amity affliction are on after them, and they're pretty damn good too (although nothing can rival meeting Jonathon quite yet lol). Gotta love a poliate Australian band though, or at least that's what you'd think when you got a 'thanks' earlier - but noooooo, when they're onstage it's 'I wanna hear you motherfuckers screamm!' XD good band.

 

Ok, so there had to be a bad point right? Well, last night it was Flood Of Red. Now, apart from this one REALLLLLLLY annoying, fail scene girl, NO ONE looked at all happy when they were on their second song. I mean, they palyed the most - we wanted the other twp bands back on, but NOOOOO. Anyway, after running off through the crowd (about an inch from moi) with a drum on his head, their singer got the idea and they pissed off. Yeah, about the drum thing...we don't know either -.-

 

WE ARE THE OCEAN!! WERE MIND BLOWING!! And after waiting for the best part of an hour through their soundcheck it was about time we got what we came to see!!. Jack Spence kept walking right past me to get to the merch and then backstage again - got a high 5!!! :)

I mean, how can you not like a band with a singer that stage dives/crowd surfs/ dances on the bar/ gets stuck in the mosh pits and needs a guy to give his mic and extension wire so he can get in the crowd. I TOUCHED HIM!! HAHA. They were reallllly on fire last night, and I'm dying to go see them again. Plus, the onstage banter is fucking hilarious :)

So, school's out for summer as they say ^.<

Had to say some goodbyes, and that was hard - really hard, I'ma miss you baby, stay in touch. But things can only pick up from here.

I'm gonna try and change myself into a better person over this next six weeks, it might work, it might not, who knows ^_^

You can be looking forward to RAWRR-CANDY, cos the webshow (as far as I know) is still going ahead, so I'm totally psyched about that. Me, Jess, Calum, Dan, Isaac and our sexxy amigos will hopefully have that running asap. And other than that, I'm hoping for a relaxing holiday. NOT FORGETTING MY BIRTHDAY, on the 13th of August (jut like every year) XD can't wait.

 

Well, I'm off for now loveyys. Don't forget also, purple hair in the next few weeks ^_^ stoked!!

>Exploring the Disney store and wondering which disney princess Isaac would be

>Examining the outdoor wear and "hats" - dunno who the hell wants to look like a goldfish but hey!

What will be happening in summer '09? Well, this.... Right, so myself n Jess n a couple of our kick ass friends are gonna be running a webshow! Now so far it's just being planned out and we haven't specifically asked anyone to feature on it with us yet, but we do have a list of people we wanna invite onto the show, and a load of ideas for it! SO, the plan is, we're gonna upload it to youtube and on my buzznet - then if the feedback's good on there, then it'll be on bebo too! Anyhow, more news on that nearer the time! Proper gurd time last nite! So,
You just aint lived until you've lost track of time watching 'sleepy hollow', 'final destination 3', 'Underworld' and 'most haunted live' in the dark, surrounded by what you can only hope are cats and a hella cute hairy dog that likes to bite your jeans.....
...
During all of this you also realise that you have to get the bread out the bread machine - of course you realize you don't know how to do this when you're confronted by an evil looking 'breadmaster 5000' or whatever it's called! So you and your cohort try yanking the fuckin bread out, but after 20 minutes of "oh fuggery!" from Jess you give in and ring her parents for help
It was supposed to twist out - so much for our pulling plan - unfortunately it was easier to submit and try it the proper way >.<*
And then there's me, eating jelly-beans, NON-STOP all night (and all morning) whilst walking round Jess's room silently, trying and succeeding at not to wake her up and reading Lenore books (I luv Lenore)
We had chinese fooooood - tis the sexx!

So you think YOU had fun on friday? Not a chance. Right, first off myslef, Jess n Hayley went round to Jess's and completely restyled Hayley's hair (so much fun - it's lost about 3 inches). Next thing you know we have to clear up the entire bathroom cos Jess's cats eat hair- don't ask how she knows that. Got changed, by which time Calum n Dan are nowhere to be seen. Late as ever. They rock up whenever they hell they felt like it n we all had to run - like reatrds - to get the bus. Got into town, ran to the cornerhouse, got the tickets, nearly got lost in that stoopid fuckin cinema. Went to see Twilight! BEST FILM THIS YEAR! Calum decides to make his opinion of the popcorn known to everyone by half yelling - "Dan! This popcorn tastes like WEED!" - so fuckin funny. Left the cinema. Ran round town in the dark, went to Zaavi - where Hayley and moi spent about 5 quid on badges (RAVE!) and stared admiringly at the awesome gal with the pink hair who works there, lady we love you! Got the bus back to Jess's - walking down the street, no street lamps?! Got inside Jess's - yay - no power. Find out Hayley is terrified of mirrors in the dark - not helpful - as Jess has one in seemingly every room. All plans to make pizza fail, when we realise that ,believe it or not, - you need electric to make the pizzas! Sit round lighting candles, most of which go out, this results in using phones as torches. After much more spakichness, Calum n Dan have to go - leaving Jess, Hayley and me alone - in the dark - with several unidentifiable objects - SO MUCH FUN! half an hour later, the power's back on. Then it's off again, then it's ON! then it's off. Aaaand then unfortunately, after an hour in the dark/light/dark/light playing truth - I have to go 'home'. Damn! Anyways - best nite in ages! I just got back from Sharlets! Yep, u heard me, SHARLET SHOCKWAVE! Whoooo! Stellar rave last nite, luv you Shaz!
So, what did we do rite? Well, I can't remember all of of it- but I do know we were up til 4am, n then we kinda passed out, lol - candy high
Yeah, So have you ever tried.....

Toasting Marshmellows, over a lava lamp bulb, skewered on an eiffel tower and a headband? And then nearly dying of laughter when the lava lamp starts to smoke cos you got melted marshmellow on it? ..........
No, didn't think so . YOU HAVEN'T LIVED TIL YOU'VE DONE THAT, LOL - we're so gay fer sure! :D

Also, you lots have to try ravin in the dark (while falling off a bed) to Jeffree Star, and stuffing ur fat face on Haribo's. Hella fun!

Not to mention, in the morning *3 hours after falling asleep* - falling down the stairs, in a fit of giggles, then rocking out to guns n roses on Youtube, drinking pritty much your own weight in chocoloate milk!!!! YEAH!

And I just wanna say, thankx to everyone who was on MSN last nite, we spent ages getting dolled up just to go on webcam, lol - hair n make up were done especially for allla yoo online,  I 'm tellin ya!

Hey!

I'm gonna make a bit of a speech here, but plz read anyway - it's something I feel really strongly about,  so.......

 

I was just reading a blog on 'Krystindeparture's' profile (hope she doesn't mind the mention, it was a real good blog) and it reminded me of how sad fakes really are. If you want to be someone else so badly, then maybe you should start to help the real you first - if that makes any sense. I'm pretty damn sure that people like Audrey Kitching or Kiki Kannibal get sick of it all, when they're trying to be individual, and they have some stupid lil kid pretending to be them - it's completely the opposite of the look they want to go for. It's not individual, when everyone else is doing it too. And then there's the mental aspect. How normal can you actually be, when you spend your life trying to be someone you're just not?
